Thanks to our policy of continuous innovation, our company now has an exceptional fleet of 37 machines available, all numerical (CNC). A set of equipment that enables us to offer our customers fully integrated production, including the cutting, welding, machining, painting and assembly of parts.

Wanting to stick to our customer’s budget, we work on the basis of quotations or fully transparent work for estimated prices work.
To optimise production costs, we always align customer specifications with the best current machining methods.

Deadlines

The production schedule is continuously updated in response to urgent needs and to meet our customer’s expectations as quickly as possible. Thanks to our warehousing capacity, we also guarantee a stock of critical parts for our customer-partners.

Since 1970, we have specialised in the highly technical niche of manufacturing and machining large-scale parts.

Know-How

Our workforce consists of 48 experienced workers. Some families have been working for the company for 3 generations. A longevity that bears witness to the true mechanical engineering tradition of our workshop.

Tolerances

To deliver truly perfect parts to our customers, we have an air-conditioned workshop and metrology room, with a certified calibration stand with a precision 2 of microns. This equipment allows us to check the dimensions and geometry of the parts (for example: a precision of 10 microns over a 700 mm diameter and a precision of 20 microns over 11 precision machining zones of a single shaft).
