  • Daytime working : with concern for the quality of life of our employees, we only operate a day shift (with one break) with working hours as follows: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 16:00 and on Friday, 07:30 to 12:30.
  • Learning opportunities : throughout their careers at Ateliers Cerfontaine, our employees have the opportunity to improve their skills within their profession. This training can take the form of a PFI (Plan Formation Insertion) contract, internal assistance from a tutor or external training.
